If a client is more than 20 minutes late Fashion Haus reserves the right to cancel / re-book the clients appointment.Under 21's must be accompanied by an adult. Any free or purchased images are supplied on a disk on the day. Prints will take between 3-7 working days to arrive at the postal address supplied within the UK or between 5-12 working days for international clients. Client owns copyright to their free and purchased pictures. On any purchases prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Clients are permitted to cancel a photo booking but we ask where possible to give atleast 48 hours notice. We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal belongings within or outside the studio. Our sessions might involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk. We request that all Clients advise us of any special or medical requirements in order to make the Client's experience at our studio more comfortable and accessible. Clients are not permitted to take their own photos on mobile devices or personal cameras. Due to images being viewed on the day with no obligation to buy and the instantly duplicable nature of digital images we do not offer refunds on purchased images. We are committed to preserving your privacy. Any information that we hold is processed and kept securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We employ security measures to protect any information that we hold about you from access by unauthorised persons, unlawful processing, accidental loss destruction and damage. We only keep the information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires and we do not store any financial details about you.
